If you purchase the white glove set up a 100% refund is applied if you cancel during the free trial period. Extended support is not refundable after trial period.

Refunds

Monthly Subscription Plan

For our monthly subscription plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will lose access to the service. No further payments will be charged, but we do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
